Juan and his crew work extremely fast and do excellent work. I find his prices to be exceptional and the quality of work is fantastic. I only regret that I did not find Juan Carlos earlier!

Jason was able to negotiate with our home insurance for storm damage. It took insurance 3 times and Jason meeting with them the last 2 for them to SEE the storm damage and he was therefore able to get them to pay for residing of the ENTIRE house. We did NOT have to bother with the insurance....Jason was our go-between the entire time. It was great and nearly stress free. When the siding was taken down there was a HUGE amount of wood rot that Jasons men fixed. There was a roof leak that was noticeably done incorrectly by the company who had put on the roof just a few years ago that was fixed. The new siding and gutters made the house look like new. Job well done.

Juan Carlos was brought in by my floor contractor to do touch up work where the floor contractor had damaged the walls during their work. While he was there -- I requested a quote to strip the wallpaper from my bathroom and repaint. He provided a quote and explained the components of the price. When I called several weeks later to hire him, he remembered me and the quote he gave me off the top of his head. I was impressed. I hadn't remembered at first and I am not juggling multiple jobs! We agreed on a date and he arrived with two workers nearly on the minute of the schedule time. He walked through the work with me and left his workers to perform the work. They were careful and precise and the job went just as expected. Juan Carlos came back at the end of the job and walked through it again with me to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. The bathroom light fixture and medicine cabinet had to be removed by the team in order to do the job and Juan Carlos pointed out some things about the way the light was wired that might be unsafe. I appreciated the information. I would hire the company again without reservation.

He was good. He took a lot of time to analyze the situation and he figured out how to make it work.
