We also were extremely impressed with HHI’s use of technology. We were able to schedule the appointment, enter all of the house information, and pay for the inspection on-line. Once at the inspection, Tim’s assistant took notes on a laptop, as Tim made observations about the property and took photographs of problem areas. Immediately after the inspection was complete, Tim uploaded the pictures, edited his notes, and printed a draft version of the report for us on a portable printer. The final version was sent via e-mail less than two hours later.
The inspection and radon test were a bit more expensive than other providers, but the quality of service was so excellent that HHI was worth every penny. I would use HHI again in a heartbeat.
We were more than thrilled with Seth and his company, we highly recommend them and we know he will treat you like family and will be as thorough as he was with us.
