After receiving six estimates for my two bathrooms in a typical 1940's colonial, I confidently chose Paul from GMP to complete the job because of his competitive price, meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, keen aesthetic sense, and eagerness to please his customers. I fully admit that I have extremely high expectations, making me hard to please. I dreaded the bathroom renovation process until I met Paul and chose him to complete the job. I have to say that he has exceeded my high expectations every step of the process and has involved me in all decision making. He carefully presents his ideas and weighs the costs/benefits of choosing certain materials. I like that his cost includes the labor only, but that you can use his license number to receive discounts with local vendors. I have actually enjoyed the entire process and can't wait to start phase two, the downstairs bathroom, on Thursday. Construction is a messy business, and Paul thoroughly cleans up each day after working ten hours a day six days a week. He's been flexible with us about our toddler daughter and her sleep schedule, coming in later or earlier if we ask. Paul works diligently to please his customers and shows pride in his beautiful craftsmanship. I give him my highest recommendation...he makes me want to tackle more home improvement projects!

GMP is a small company with the owner, Paul, working the projects. We had Paul give us a quote for our bath remodel after he had just completed a job for a friend of ours.  Our friend was laudatory of his work. We visited our friend's bath and were impressed with the workmanship.

Paul's quote was competitive and he seemed the most eager to get the job done quickly and correctly.  We selected GMP to do the work. We scheduled the work to start in three weeks.  During that time, we purchased most of the major parts ourselves.  That is how GMP prices its bid, actual cost of material. Note that the $5800 was labor cost only.  Paul picked up the materials that we ordered at Home Depot and The Tile Shop. 

The work by GMP was very clean and he was very prompt.  He was meticulous in making sure that the home was cleaned up at the end of each work day.  Every decision was clearly identified to us with the tradeoffs in cost, quality or durability explained.  He and his one assistant worked diligently every day on the job, working promptly from 8 AM until about 6 PM.  He was very clear in communicating expectations and making sure that all expectations were met.  All of the work was done professionally and met our every expectation.  The tile work, probably the biggest part of the job, was completed beautifully.  All of the plumbing, and electrical work also looked to be high-quality.

The project was completed on schedule and we are very happy with the bathroom.

We got our materials from elsewhere and he installed it for us. We paid only for labor. GMP Home Improvement is run by a person named Paul who is very professional. Our experience with him was great. He was very prompt in coming over to give us an estimate. He was very meticulous about coming in and putting covers over his shoes so that nothing would get dirty. We had heard good things about him from the place where we had bought the tiles. He is a very nice person who did the job himself. He did it in about two days. He also left the place perfectly clean afterwards. His price was comparable to that of the others.
