They repaired trim and installed aluminum wrap on entire house, all in just one day.  They did a great job, and the price was very fair.  I will be calling them for future renovations and repairs.

Dynamic Details (DD) responded promptly to my original request.  A neighbor recommended them.  In explaining the issue to the owner, I felt he understood what was required to make the repair, and I went ahead with replacing the siding on the entire front of the house at DD's recommendation. 
On the day of the repair, I reiterated the issue with water ingress and where the crew needed to focus.  The owner was present at the beginning of the job, but then did not return until completion later in the day.  Unfortunately, I could not communicate with the crew to ensure that they fixed the focus areas properly, and upon inspection of the focus area near the ground, there was a large gap between the siding and the large front window, where water could still come into the house.  The owner made some repairs to apparently remedy that area, but w/o removing the siding and flashing as it should have been to ensure a good long-term fix.
I have discovered that water is still able to come into the house, and it is located in another focus area which is at a high elevation and difficult for me to repair.  Since DD offers a 7 year labor warranty, I have called multiple times to try to get a crew out to properly repair/flash the focus area, but I have not had any return calls.
I was generally happy with the work, and would recommend DD to others if they were responsive to fixing the problem.  Unfortunately, this has not been the case to date.

I asked for three estimates from companies that were highly rated on Angie's List. Two of the three companies were very professional and knowledgable on the work to be done and pointed out details that I had not considered. I chose Dynamic Details because they were more competitive in their estimate for the work to be completed. I was concerned with using the lowest bidder, but this company exceeded all my expectations. They are extremely professional, knowledgable, and very detailed orientated.

I was particulary impressed that the co-owner of the company was on site nearly every day for several hours overseeing the work. The workman were prompt, wasted no time, and knew how to install siding without wasting material. They cleaned the site after each day's work. Because of the amount of interest in the work on my house within the neighborhood, I expect to see them in the spring. I  highly recommend this company - They are no-nonsense, professional, and very receptive to addressing any questions, issues, etc once the work begins.

They did professional work. They didn’t speak English too well; they are Korean. They were meticulous and they were super people. I can't say enough about them. The language barrier only hurt the job a little bit. The owner, Kim, spoke well and he was all right but he wasn't the worker. He knew exactly what we wanted and did exactly what we wanted them to do. They did a great job. We were very happy. We had a wood floor put in before and some other things and the work was really shabby. We both retired and thought we would fix our house up and they did a great job. We took the gentleman's word that it was good material. We were very satisfied. The work was very professional and we told Kim that he could use us as a reference. They covered the whole place up and didn't create dust. They did the whole thing right. They said they would be here at 8 am and they were on the money. It was a great experience and we would absolutely use them again. I'm going to stop by and talk to him tomorrow. We were afraid that I was not going to be able to breathe very well for a couple of days because I have problems with breathing and they covered our place up with sheets and everything. I could walk into the room after they worked on it.

Work was done professionally and the owner was very friendly as well.

The group was on time, fast, and friendly. They did an excellent job.

I would absolutely contract Dynamic Details for any future work on my house. Nick, the General Manager, was patient as we dealt with our insurance company and home owners association. Nick was more than willing to come to our house multiple times to show us different siding options as we changed our minds on the product we wanted. During the course of dealing with our insurance adjuster Nick came to the house to meet with him to discuss the damage caused by this year's winter storm. Although we didn't get the result desired from our insurance company we were extremely grateful that Nick met with the adjuster. The quote provided was middle of the road compared to the other contractors but they included the fixing of the damaged roofing shingles and provided new shutters at no additional cost. This is the first time in a long time that I did not feel "nickel and dimed" by a contractor. The installers showed up every day on time ready to work. One day was a rain out but Jin, the owner, knocked on our door and to let us know that it was not possible to work, but that they would return tomorrow, Sunday, to complete the job. I was absolutely impressed by Dynamic Details and would hire them again for any future work.

Jin was very knowledgeable and most professional. Siding and gutters look great. Very punctual, cleaned up well, work was completed as promised. Very smooth transaction.

I am an avid DIY'er and generally hold contractors in contempt so it is difficult for me to engage one to perform work on my home. Nevertheless, there are jobs that are just too big for me to tackle - re-siding the house is certainly one of them. I did a little homework first by reading the installation manual from one of the top siding manufacturers (learned a lot from that) and then started the selection process by collecting a total of 4 estimates from established siding companies, doing my best to ensure I was comparing apples-to-apples (the quality of the siding, gutter size, house wrap brand, etc-etc). All the companies have similar products, features, colors, and options. I place a higher value on quality and workmanship than I do on rock bottom pricing - generally believing that you get what you pay for. After reviewing the numbers and product I decided to contract wih Dynamic Details. Nick is the front man and was the only one from the four companies to honestly discuss the pros and cons of different options (answers I already knew from my homework). They were not the least expensive, and nor were they the most expensive (all were within 2000.00 of each other). What they were, however, was very up front with their recommendations, straight forward with their pricing, very good with communications, flexible with scheduling, and accommodating with requests. They arrived when they said they would, left the site tidy at the end of each day (took them 3 days to complete the job), and caused minimal damage to plants next to the house (unreasonable to expect zero damage when plants are RIGHT next to the house). They did a decent, if not stellar, job cleaning up after the job was finished (again, unreasonable to expect that there will be nothing left behind). There were a couple of "misses" that I found after the crew left Nick saw it it that they were promptly taken care of within days. Over all workmanship is quite good, this perfectionist is pleased.
