Brian Lee, the owner of the company, worked with us throughout the process. He provided us with a professional design for the basement, listened to our requests, and kept within the budget. (Several other contractors, some of whom are mentioned on this list, came in over  budget.) When it turned out that a previous contractor for another project did not get an electrical permit for a sub-panel and we therefore failed inspection, Brian handled it professionally and pleasantly, even though he had to go through the process of getting another permit and inspection. He kept us updated at least once a week with the progress, and was right on schedule.  I did not interact with the workers much, as they were downstairs, but there were no problems. The basement has been transformed from a dark storage area to a pleasant and inviting retreat.  We will definitely call Brian again for future projects.
