"Thank you so much! We appreciate that you took the time to give us your feedback. We look forward to speaking with you if you ever need anything at all!"
"[Member Name Removed], The pleasure was all ours. We thoroughly enjoy working with clients such as yourself. We are incredibly happy that what we both accomplished has proved helpful, and that your husband could enjoy a more accessible bathroom. Please, keep in touch! Thank you very much for the kind words."
"[Member Name Removed] , Thank you from all of us, for taking the time out to write such a nice review of us. We have loved working with you, and are beyond pleased that you're enjoying the finished product of our work. Again, thank you!"
"[Removed Member Name], I am absolutely thrilled to have worked with you. You are by far, one of my favorite customers, and I greatly appreciate your feedback."
They thought one leak was coming from a drain so they removed pipe and put in new one. It may have been leaking, but that did not resolve leaky shower. And guess what? The pipe was installed so it hung below the ceiling line in the floor below. I just discovered that one after trying to put drywall back up.
So not only did they get a paycheck and never "diagnose" the problem. I now need to pay someone to fix the pipe problem.
Oh, and they never did contact us with the estimate promised, even after repeated emails and phone calls.
The person we mostly dealt with was Jim R.
"Hello [Member Name Removed]. I just logged into this account after years of dormancy from internet advertising. It took me a while, but I clearly remember your project. We were working across the [Member Information Removed] at the time, working for your neighbors. I can't quite remember their last names, but we did their windows, a bathroom, a bunch of flooring, staircases, and ceiling drywall. At this time, in 2012, Custom Carpentry was NOT the business that was helping you. It was Custom Contracting, and I have since moved on from that business. However, I'd like to apologize to you for any inconveniences that resulted from that project. It is in my hopes that you will recognize that this was NOT a working of Custom Carpentry. I hope the issues were resolved accordingly."
