Process well defined at start with detailed contract with progress payments for changes managed formally and in writing as amendments to contract. House and work area remained clean and workers never left without thorough worksite cleanup. Contractor instrumental in finding highest quality cabinets and flooring at lowest price. Plumber worked a four day holiday weekend to meet schedule. Project finished on schedule and within budget. Results were a showroom kitchen.

They were excellent. It cost me about $60000. The kitchen is beautiful and they did a beautiful job. They were very professional and good. The clean-up that they did afterwards was good too. They came back and did a tiny job. The remodeler didn’t have the time to do the job, but he did it. He did a good job. He didn’t charge me for it as well. We paid for the materials and he just did it. If need be, then I would use their services in the future too.

On schedule, on budget. Rich Coyle and his team performed flawlessly and presented an show piece product. Rich also finished out my basement several years ago. the quality of his workmanship is extraordinary. I had a different contractor do some bathrooms for me and the project was a disaster. I highly recommend Rich Coyle to all my friends

Rich and his team are nice and courteous. Work, overall, was of good quality. But there was little supervision of the subcontractors, so many loose ends were never completed. In fact, even until now we're trying to get them to come back and finish some of the work (including getting County Permits for work already done, and which the County has issued a notice on), but they Coyle Co is simply not responding to our request (despite all of this being in the contract). Part of the fence work was never completed (ie refilling the holes). So, quality control was not fully there. We felt that we were not a priority for this.

A neighbor referred us to Rich. We liked him the moment we met him (he's a retired Marine and we are both Army). He gave us a detailed estimate, referred us to a great cabinet guy who helped us design the kitchen, showed up when he said he would, and personally made sure everthing was exactly right. His crew is just great. We had absolutely no problem with any of them being in the house when we were not home. They were courteous, and cleaned up each day meticulously. Rich is just great on details that I didn't even think of....for example, he left our sink and stove working while he ripped out the rest of the kitchen, redid the ceiling, put in the lighting, etc. In addition, Rich is just great to be around. My husband and I joke that we need to come up with a new project just to get Rich back in the house.

This was a great project and Rich Coyle delivered spectacular results. Beginning with the original estimate and throughout Rich was always punctual, responsive, and kept his word. The contract clearly specified the scope of work and the completed job was great. This was the first time we had ever done extensive renovations and throughout the process we felt very confident in his work. Prior to the job he provided solid references and we visited another job site and met with the very satisfied family who had done a project very similar to ours. He was always very clear in communicating what was going to be done, when it would be done, and visited the job daily. He used his own employees for 90% of the job. The remainder involved the granite counter installers and floor re-finishers. His employees were terrific. They were respectful, hard working, and cleaned after themselves. Overall we are completely satisfied with Rich Coyle and would not hesitate to use him again.

The crew and especially Rich Coyle of Coyle Construction are the find of a lifetime. They were recommended to us by friends who were very satisfied customers. Now we are the ones referring them. They have gone over and above all expectations, and have been more than helpful. Each member of the crew is professional, friendly, and eager to please the customer. A rare find in today's market. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.
