Comfy Construction

We have been using Comfy Construction for home repairs for a number of years. For all of our projects, from major plumbing work to wall repair, Armen and his company have provided outstanding service. His work is of the highest quality. Throughout all of our projects, Armen has been timely and realistic in his estimates. What has been most helpful is the trouble-shooting advice he has provided and his emphasis on preventive work that needed to be done in order to avert future problems. I give Comfy Construction and Armen the highest of recommendations.

I should begin by saying that I am not easy to work for. I am an artist and so am exceedingly particular about the finishing in a job. Precision is critical to me. Armen is an outstanding engineer and craftsman who takes great pride in his work and I am exceedingly pleased with his work.
We hired Armen to step in when we were dissatisfied with the origional contracor we had hired to remodel our bathroom. This job was complicated by the relatively small size and odd configuration of the room. Armen understood our objectives and worked with us to achieve our goals. He helped us to come up with a creative, attractive and functional solution to the room's heating problem. He made us aware of potential probems down the road with things we wanted which we would have ended up regretting and was receptive of other things we wanted which, although hard to execute, would end up working well. The room is now beautiful and functions exceedingly well.
The bathroom was completed in the fall of 2012 and we hired him again in January 2013 to remodel the kitchen. This job started off with removing everything down to the studs and rerouting major plumbing. The cabinets had to be assembled and installed, the airconditioning had to be rerouted and the wiring was updated, The kitchen is a typical old town kitchen which is small but it has very high ceilings so everything is vertical with stacked rows of cabinets. Because it is small everything has to be very precise to fit it all in and every inch of space must be functional. Armen was both receptive to orgional/unusual solutions and provided some of his own. Everything was executed with precison and we are very happy in our kitchen which is beautiful and functions perfectly.
Armen is a treasure and we could not recommend him more highly.
