Did a great job. Paid for time & materials which is far more reasonable than the plumbers who charge by the "task." They were also very responsive about letting me know the plumber was running late. I like that they are a small family owned business which doesn't have to overcharge you to pay for their TV advertising. Would definitely hire them again.

This was the eighth time we've used Beall for our plumbing needs, for toilet, sink, dispose-all, and faucet issues, and there's a good reason we keep coming back. They're wonderful at solving plumbing issues, professional, courteous, reasonably-priced, and flexible as to scheduling. This time we had a leaky shut-off valve in the garage that feeds an outside water faucet. After trying to fix the leak myself (and getting the soldering all wrong), I called Beall and Linda was great at getting the appointment scheduled on the date I needed it. Mark showed up within the window, had the right parts to replace the old leaky shut-off with a better quality one, and he did the repair/replacement in about a half hour. Perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Obviously will use Beall again, and again, and again. They're our go-to (and only) plumber.

Except for having to wait on a part, all three were done the same day, done right, and are still working perfectly. They are responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.

Beall said that there were no replacement units available and I would have to wait 2 weeks. I asked for 1-800 number for AOSmith company, which is the brand of the water heater to try and get some credit, which they would not do. But when I was talking with AOSmith they mentioned that there were available replacement units but they needed to be shipped on an expedited basis. So Beall was not being completely honest with me on availability. Then Beall said that they would have to replace it with a 5 year model instead of a 10 year model which we had. When I asked for the supplier phone number they said that there was a kit that was added to the model that equated it to a 10 year kit. Again Beall was not completely open on what was available for me to make me whole. So we got the unit with the additional kit but I did not feel that they were open and honest in their dealings with me. Would not recommend.

THEY CAME OUT WHEN HE SAID THAT HE WOULD COME. HE WAS RELUCTANT TO DO OTHER TROUBLESHOOTING THAT I ASKED HIM TO DO. HE SEEMED LIKE HE DID NOT WANT TO DO THE WORK.
