We used to have a yearly contract with them. You paid about $500 and for that fee they come twice a year to inspect and clean the Heating/AC. it also entitles you to a 10% discount on any repairs. It seemed like no matter when they came, they always found something that needed to be repaired on our relatively new system. The work was always done correctly although I don't know if it was always necessary. We hired them to replace both of our central AC units. We bought top-of the-line Trane units from them and they installed both systems using all new wiring, etc. Cost = over $11,000.Exactly 13 months later the new system broke and unfortunately was out of warranty. They came and fixed it for another $700 (after the 10% discount).After that, we had them out one more time to do the fall check up since we still had the service contract with them. The technician came on a Saturday and spent a full four hours checking just the heating system. Usually when a technician came during the week, they we in and out in less than an hour.
