Insurance Agencies
We had roof damage from Hurricane Hannah which allowed rain into the second floor bedroom and first floor living room. They sent a catastrophe insurance adjuster to the house. He estimated the damage and sent us a check within 10 days. However, the roofing company we used to immediately repair the damage said there was also hail damage from a previous storm. We filed a separate claim for the hail damage and another insurance adjuster came out to the house within two days and wrote a check on the spot! We were very impressed with how quickly Allstate took care of our claims.
