Came to my house and promptly diagnosed the issue. Everything was great except for the price. They quoted me $385, when I asked for the break up of the labor and cost of the repair part the tech told me in one breath "$220... $230... it actually costs $270" for the part. A quick google search indicated the part was around $90.00. I won't strait up say the tech was lying but it sure seems that way. I have no problem paying for a service but please be honest about it. After the encounter I felt I was being hustled by a fairly nice man. I think the opportunity for a quick buck got in the way of an otherwise honest man. I did not user the service but did pay for the estimate.

Called them on the weekend, came out within 2 hrs on a Sunday. Diagnosed quickly, ordered parts, came out within few days to fix. Highly recommend, one of the few that takes credit cards. I thought $450 for the circuit board replacement was a little too much , but in the end of the day I got a working refrigerator
