A 2 Z Construction

I had Bryan do some inside painting which was beautiful, but not the best part. I had a bulkhead ( covered outside stairs from ground level to the basement) which needed replacing. I called several long time local businesses that specialized in bulkheads and to a company, they said it couldn’t be done. Talked with Bryan, he analyzed the project and completed it. Nuff said. He does great work at a fair price. My only regret is that he moved out of the area, and is no longer available to work for me. If you are in the Daphne, Al area, you're lucky to have him. Contractor never finished the job. I've been asking since July of 2013 for him to finish, he repeatedly says in emails and texts that he is sorry and will come out to finish the job "next week" but never did.   I now have water damage on the inside of the house and at this point will be pursuing legal assistance.
He never showed proof of workers compensation as requested, especially since he used independent contractors to do my roof work - I work in insurance and see all the workers compensation claims against homeowners when the contractor does not carry proper insurance. Suggestion: always ask to see CURRENT proof of insurance (workers comp especially), and don't let anyone one start the work until they have done so even if they come recommended or are smooth talkers (i.e. promise to show you "later").  Please be careful with this contractor as he is nice and charming but did not live up to his word or contract.
