My wife called me home from work saying we had no water. After checking some voltages, I feared that my submersible pump had given up the ghost, and told my wife to start calling plumbers. At 5:00 pm I didn't have much hope of reaching anybody, but Ratliff answered and told us he'd send his crew provided he could reach them, as cell phone service is a bit spotty in our area. They arrived approximately an hour later and found the contacts on the pressure switch were burned and not making contact. They replaced the switch, adjusted the air pressure in the tank, and were done by 6:15. For an emergency call, I thought their rates were very reasonable. His crew were friendly, knowledgable and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone who has pump or water problems.
