Greg was very pleasant on the phone, quite prompt - arriving to start work the following morning (a cold spell made it rather urgent), was most professional, and finished the job in less time than anyone else would have done!
He was very polite and courteous and I feel confident that I now have someone who will take care of my heating and air problems in a reasonable amount of time and expense.
