Chris was initially contacted in Nov.'13 to fix a broken window and to complete multiple jobs prior to end of Feb '14. It was the end of Jan before the window was fixed. Delay in work was explained as weather related and due to "death of father" (also noted in july '13 review (??) by other party. Many instances of not showing for work, and multiple excuses given. Work still not completed as of May 1. Has not responded to text or email since April 11. Left us hanging. We assumed he was working other jobs. Gives this profession a bad name. Poor masonry work needed to be redone.

I came home after Thanksgiving vacation to discover that my house had been broken into. It was a Sunday night after a holiday. I couldn't get to the door until the morning. After hours of phone calls, nobody was willing to come and look at the door that day and/or replace it in a day. I finally stumbled on Service Magic and I was actually on the phone completing my request when Chris called on the other line. He got there within 30 minutes and stayed into the dark and rain to replace my door and all the locks. Not only was he professional, but he was compassionate to my situation. He did a wonderful job and I will use him again in the future.

I would have to rate Mr. Sneddon a 5 on his customer service, as he was very quick to respond by email, leaving his number for me to contact him. When I spoke with him on October 22, we went over the price of the work, set up the date of October 25 at 1:00 for him to do the job and I was very pleased with his prices and he was a very friendly, young man. However, Mr. Sneddon did not show up. At 3:20, I called his phone to see if he was still coming, got his answering machine, left a message. He has never returned my call.

"no appointment was set. we stated we booked for weeks but if we could make time on Oct. 22, we would stop by, look at the house and send pricing by email. we did not follow up, we could not find time to even stop by and send quotation. very sorry for this."

Came and torn out everything , put up new cement back board, shower pipe then baled on me. I have a torn up bathroom now for 5 weeks. Hope to have done this week by someone else.

"the day after we demo'ed the shower her house became flooded due to heavy rains. client stated in emails not to come till they could empty the crawl space of all the water. that took over a week. then when she emailed and stated she's ready I was out of town for my father funeral. when I came back, she was out of town for work and would not leave a key for entry into the house with me or anyone else. she then instructed her son to be there to open the house. each day, for a week he was a no show. I left message after message, nothing. so the next week I offered the client a refund and told its just not working out. work that done is to code."
