It has gone and continues to go wonderfully. They charge a flat annual fee plus s little extra for lime and nuthatch treatments. For about $1000 a year they keep my lawn ferilized, aerated, weed free, insect free, lime treated and nuthatch free. The “guys” are knowledgeable, efficient and nice as heck.

He was very professional. He walked me through the whole process of their lawn care service. I was provide with different options for service and different pricing. The company offered a quality product but expensive for what I could afford.

Excellent.  They use a special new kind of aeration machine that does a much better job and does not leave plugs of soil all over the yard.  Joe and Mark really know all there is to know about grass seed and weed control.  There is a lot more to lawn care than I thought.  Personalized service and very professional.  Thanks!

They come automatically and do fertilizing services. They come five times a year. The cost was fine. The staff was fine. They keep my grass nice and green.

Contacted the company through Angie's List on 5/12/14, took them 3 days to respond on 5/1/5/14. When they finally did we were told we needed to call them instead in order to give them more information so someone else could then give us a call back to finally schedule an estimate. No more correspondence was made by the company to follow-up so we made the initiative to contact them again a week later. When we explained we preferred upfront communication by email we were told to call their office again and it was the only way to get the estimate we needed. Very inefficient process that requires too much for the customer to have to go through just to request an estimate. Its a shame as we have a very large project that would have been very beneficial to this company. They didnt seem to be very interested in following back up either after the initial contact. I would be concerned to give this company the work when the initial first impression was less than stellar.

Absolutely love this lawn service. They are knowledgeable, fair, prompt, personable and reliable. Fired my long-term lawn service and hired TurfScapes last year. Delighted with their service all season, and will sign the contract for next year when they send it to me.

I searched Angies list and had estimates done by other providers; Turfscapes provided the best detail and long term care plan; they were professional, timely, were able to tell me what would be done and when. The payment schedule for year round lawn care is great; the employees are very friendly. I started with one treatment for the lawn, but seeing the results and talking with the Turfscape personnel, it was a no brainer to higher them on for year round services. If special services are needed, all you have to do is ask. They go out of their way to make sure you receive the services you expect. Its great to also see their signs popping up in other places around the neighborhood - they've done great work for all the lawn care services I've had done - aeration, fertilizing, weed control etc.

We were very pleased with their response. They came out immediately and were very responsive to our concerns about the lawn. We think they really did a good job.

They do a great job. They also are good at coordinating with our sprinkler guy.

They came out and didthe first feeding/weeding/new lawn seeding in early May. They were on time and did a great job. So far the lawn looks great. They are also honest and easy to work with. Many options and they are not into high pressure sales.

Turfscape brought the lawn back from the land of the dead in one season. professional and well educated degreed agronomist. they check progress between scheduled maint and will come back if problems spotted.

Turfscapes is a small company that provides great personal service. The owner performs the initial evaluation and was right on about what our lawn needed and was able to explain it well in layman's terms. We always have the same crew come out to perform the services, so they're familiar with our lawn and are very thorough.
