Select Carpet Care

Select Carpet Care is a family owned business and Trevor and his Dad arrived at my condo early for their appointment to clean my carpet. When I initially called for service, they said the cleaning could take place at the beginning of the following week. When I explained that I was selling my condo and work had been done in my unit which resulted in black marks on the carpet, the owner's son said they would come the following day. They were coming from Catlett, VA and my condo was located in Alexandria, VA, a couple of hours away. They did an excellent job of cleaning the entire carpet and completely removed the black marks in front of the fireplace. There were other black marks along some of the edges of the carpet which Trevor said they could try to treat with other chemicals. His Dad then talked with me on the phone and said he thought the carpet looked good and he didn't think I needed to spend the extra money. Since I had already moved from Alexandria I was relying on my realtor to be my eyes and she agreed that the carpet looked good and said she agreed with Trevor's dad - I didn't need to spend the extra money. I was totally impressed that this service provider, Select Carpet Care, would not only provide me with the service quickly and efficiently, but also do a great job of cleaning the carpet and not try to sell me an extra service that wasn't necessary. I highly recommend this family owned business.
