house cleaning
 + -1 moreI bought a Groupon for housecleaning from this company. Their online appointment scheduler did not work, and I made repeated calls (mailbox full) and email contacts (automated response) to try and find out if my appointment was scheduled. I never received contact from a real person until the day my cleaning had been scheduled (but never confirmed) when someone called and asked me if they were supposed to clean my house that day! I had already contacted groupon and requested a refund. In no way would I recommend trying this group out. Clearly they do not have their act together and seem to have bitten off more than they can handle by offering Groupons.
Description of Work: No service was provided - I think I made a really good decision to request a refund from Groupon rather than pursuing this company to try and set up my cleaning.
