The provider cut down all branches requested. The provider then discarded of all the branches they cut as well as the large branch that was already in my backyard behind my privacy fence. I called the provider and left a message. His wife called me back, I gave her all the details. She advised me that her husband is business owner and that he would call me back. I told her that the improper disposal was against city code and that I was going to be ticketed. I never received anymore calls or visits. I called the number on the card two more times. I just want them to honor their agreement. I am widowed and disabled and I feel they took advantage of me. Today is August 11, 2014, tomorrow the city will be out to remove the the cut branches and brush and I will be fined $500 which will be billed to me by the city of Roanoke. I am hoping they will allow an extension to remove the brush, I can not afford to pay another person to not do the job again.
Description of Work: The provider Buddy and I made a verbal agreement for him to cut branches from my magnolia tree in my backyard, haul off and dispose of the litter from the job. As well as haul away another branch too large for me to move on my own.
