In terms of mowing and weed whacking, they do a pretty good job. My only complaint is that they sometimes miss the areas they are supposed to handle and they don't show up every week, which is needed due to the amount of rain we've received this year. I did ask Joe to mulch my flowerbeds around the house and that project was a disaster. In the future, I will not hire Joe and his team for anything beyond the mowing. He took over 3 months to complete the job and even then it wasn't fully completed. He also charged me for edging and no edging was ever done. I also asked Joe to cut up a large tree limb that had fallen in a storm because I don't have a chain saw and he said "Sure, I can take care of that for you." After a month of the limb sitting there I had another company take care of it. Beyond that, the guys are friendly. I wish I had a one-stop-shop landscaper, but I will have to look to another company for the more "difficult" tasks like mulching ;)
