I use them all the time. It's nice to have just one place you can go to and depend on. The work takes a few hours, i usually just take my car and leave it over night. They leave my vehicle clean and perfect.

Travis' Auto Repair has a reputation for professional work at a competitive price.  I can tell you that it is a well-earned reputation.  The work done was quick and they took the time to call and let me know that although one of the parts that I had provided was the incorrect fit, there was no need to swap it anyway, as the hose was in pristine shape.

Chase did a great job, and I have already priced some other work to be done to my truck!  Will be using TAR again, soon!

The owner comes to talk to us on occasion, but everyone we talk to is just great. They are reasonable and I have yet to have any problems with them. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+.

Travis' team quickly diagnosed the problem on my sputtering car and gave me an estimate of the cost and time required...fortunately they could do the repairs the next day. The car was ready as promised and runs great.

He is always very reputable, reliable and fair-priced. The cost depends because we've had him do various things because we have an older Honda, but he's very good and he's honest. He's got a very good reputation in this area, Isle of Wight County. If something would happen to the car that we didn't know, he would tell us what it was, how much it would cost, and works with you. Sometimes he tells you wouldn't need things that other people say we might need. He's the most honest mechanic. If this 2012 Honda Accord pooped out or had an issue beyond warranty, I would certainly go to him. I've used him about 6 or 7 times besides my inspections and issues with my '96 Honda. He knows what he is doing, it gets fixed the first time, and you don't have to worry about it not getting fixed the way it was supposed to then take it back.

Travis had put a dye in our oil to see how much it was leaking. They told us that the leak could be fixed, but they felt it was not necessary since it was a minor leak and it woul dbe pretty expensive to repair. Wow! We are going to just add oil, but that was great to hear. They idenitfied the noise the car was making, wheel bearings. They fixed them and the car sounds and runs great.
