"We came to your home with the best intentions of cleaning your home. The stuff you said that it didn’t look like we cleaned, we passed the vacuum all over the carpet, mopped the floor as well as wiping down everything including the bathtub. We cleaned everything as good as it could clean. The claim you made that you were able to remove the dirt that was remaining there, was not removable in our situation."
