Appliance Repair
Estimator required payment in advance for next day dishwasher repair. After several missed appointments, he appeared unannounced and installed small part that did not fix the problem. Owner, Mr West, would not commit to refunding any of my $280 payment or the $16.80 he added, without advice or consent, to my bill for credit card usage. Also, estimator/installer tried to sneak off leaving me to believe that the dishwasher was in good repair.
