Excellent. Mr. Jackson gave us an estimate for removing the tree and dirt ball. He later called to say when the crew would arrive. The crew arrived in the morning and did the job. Mr. Jackson decided it would be best to grind the stump. Since this was not in the original estimate, he did not increase the cost to us. This is the third time we used Mr. Jackson and his company. The next time we need tree work, we will call him again.

Christian kept in contact with me as we worked to find time for me to meet him as I currently live in Northern Virginia. We selected a date and I drove down. He was there with a huge team and much large equipment. He and his men spent the entire day on that lot and cleaned up all of the messy growth that had accumulated. They ground down all the stumps, hauled away all the wood, debris, and weeds. They cleaned up everything. I paid them and off they went. I will definitely use this company again. Fair pricing, good communication, and professional, safe, and friendly workers.

Affordable Tree Service delivered 100% of what I requested and another 100% for their professionalism and applied expertise over and above what we contracted for!! Never, in the last 40 years, have I been even 75% happy with the 6 or more tree removal companies that have done work at my home site. Affordable Tree Service made 5 days of tree work pleasant for me and my neighbors. I have scheduled another job for January 2017.

Mr. Jackson called ahead the previous week to verify the scheduled start date.  The crew showed up on time on the agreed date. The crew members introduced themselves. All were very friendly. Mr. Jackson estimated three days to do the job and that was what it took.  The crew was hard working and did a great job on all the tasks. All the debris was hauled away. Mr. Jackson made sure everything was done the way we wanted.

This is the second time I have used this company and will use them again.  They are courteous, prompt, reasonable and tidy.  Very pleased with their work!

They were very professional from start to finish. Townsend came over and surveyed the job very promptly and we agreed to a price. He provided proof of insurance without asking. They said they would arrive at 8:00 A.M. and they did. They all introduced themselves. They carefully took down the very large Oak tree piece by piece. They collected all the brush and debris and hauled it off. They ground the stump down below ground level and smoothed out the land. They blew all the sawdust off the roof and even blew out the gutters while they were up there. We were very impressed.

I am very pleased with the service provided. Townsend was always professional and followed through throughout the process. The stumps were throughout a 2 acre lot and he got them all! Each ground stump area was nicely leveled out and left in a very tidy manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for any services they provide.

How we got in contact with Mr. Lee of Affordable Tree Service is interesting. He was just passing by one day, walked up, looked and saw that we were in need of some work with the trees. He works for the county here. He is not an employee he is actually a contractor that works for them. Being in the area, he saw our need and just came and asked. That is kind of rare, but as soon as I saw him and I knew my need too I responded at that point. We used his services probably towards the end of November. We had a large old oak tree in our backyard, which was about 30 inches in diameter. The tree was very nice looking when it was in good shape, but it had rotted and we felt a threat to our home because it was huge, so we had him take that down. I was surprised how his prices were, as we had about three other trees trimmed. There was another good-sized tree that we had trimmed and that tree was about 20 years ago. He brought in all the needed equipment to do what needed to be done. When the tree fell, there were some long areas that needed to be responded right after that and he took care of that. He included that in his charge of course. We were very pleased with his work.
