Matt and Ana were great to work with from start to finish. I'm an out of state customer and through emails, photos and phone calls I felt like I was on site everyday. Ana had great designer ideas and managed the schedule flawlessly. Matt is very knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction on some key decisions during the project. Ana did a great job meeting with me at local businesses to help me choose cabinets, backsplash and tile to remodel my kitchen. She also gave me expert advise with choosing paint colors for all the different rooms on the main level of my home. She gave great advice in picking out light fixtures. She is definitely up on the latest trends but also will advise on choosing décor that will stand the test of time. She is very flexible and I would definitely hire her again. Highly Recommend!!!!

Total Home Services did an excellent job remodeling our fireplace, mantle and walls in our family room. We were very happy and pleased with the process and the result. The team operated very professionally, they always arrived on time and finished the project according to the schedule. There were zero communication problems, they cleaned up very well every day before leaving, they were very patient with us in the process of making decisions on design, etc. and last but not least they delivered a top quality result. We can highly recommend Total Home Services, they truly made the whole process go smooth and kept it as stress free as possible. I have use him on a number of different jobs over the years for: remodeling a bathroom, two powder rooms, he redid the entire kitchen, and painted inside and outside of my home, I have been very satisfied with all of his work, and he gives excellent value for the Money. Total Home Services - lead by Owner Matt Cholko, Designer Ana Djevenica & their entire crew - are absolutely the best we've worked with in 25 years of home ownership & having gone thru several renovations in the past! Totally professional, honest, up front with challenges & problems plus top quality workmanship! The very best tile work & painting we've ever seen (not one visible seam very smooth). Our last renovation (almost a total gut including 2 full baths plus kitchen) included some serious issues including moving buildings worth of phone lines to give us the open concept look we desired without columns or other obstructions. Matt & his team did not give up they finally found a way to make this happen. They were able to work within our buildings strict requirements, get plans approved by the board & city, dealt with all the permitting so we did not need to get involved. In other words they made the whole process smooth & as stress free as possible. We would highly recommend Total Home for any job, no matter how big or small we think you'll be very pleased.

We have used Matt for many jobs inside and outside of the house over the last few years. Matt has renovated our bathroom, built a wooden staircase connecting our front yard and backyard, replaced trim on our house, has done attic working including insulation installation and repair and did several painting jobs. We are always happy with the quality of his work. Matt is very responsive and willing to come and fix and repair small items on short notice as well. Matt stands behind his work and always took care of any issues that came up and we will continue using him on projects in the future as they arise. You really can’t go wrong with hiring matt and the total homes team.

Matt and his team were always on time, worked very hard, explained what they were doing, tried to minimize my inconvenience, and finished a couple of days early. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and dependability are great. I would highly recommend and plan to use again.

Total Home Services recently remodeled our basement. Our basement was previously totally unfinished and Matt and his team did everything: design, framing, drywall, flooring, trim, door/window install, and painting. We love our new living space and are very happy with our experience with Total Home Services. Matt Cholko is very nice and easy to work with. He pays attention to details and will listen to what the customer wants, as well as makes good suggestions. Matt's employees are very courteous and hard-working. They also kept the work site very clean and organized. We are very pleased with the high quality of work and the entire experience. We have owned 4 homes and have had many home improvement projects done, working with Total Home was our best experience with a contractor to date. I would recommend Total Home Services for any home improvement project, big or small.

I've hired Matt and his team many times, from building a closet out of a nothing space to trim work on the exterior. They are reasonable on price, and their work is top notch; the attention to detail is the best I've ever seen. I have already engaged them to rebuild / resurface my deck, redo my vanity, and rebuild my basement after some waterproofing that requires removing many walls. And they are honest about what needs to be done. I have already engaged them for additional work.
