We were moving back into our home after three years of tenants, and it needed a fresh coat of paint all over. A co-worker recommended Royal Painting and Carpentry. Patrick was very flexible about meeting us for an estimate when our property manager through a monkey wrench into things. He was patient and professional, as well as efficient. He offers free estimates.
When weather rescheduled an exterior job he had scheduled, he was able to complete our job earlier than expected. His team was great, and the fresh paint looks great! He finished three levels with five different colors of paint in under three days.
On the first day of the job we noted on his truck that he also did powerwashing. He powerwashed the exterior of our house for a very reasonable price, making it look like new siding. For no additional charge his team noticed that growth on our back entrance had made it slippery, and they pressure washed that area as well. His team did such a nice job, it made me realize how poor a job the last contractor we used had done.
Patrick is a pleasure to deal with, friendly and I would definitely recommend his business to others.
