River Irrigation

I trusted this individuals company to install my irrigation system…please save yourself the heartache. The system has been leaking on 3 separate occasions each time Jorge was reluctant to come fix the issue. Each time claiming it was the water company, when it was the irrigation pipes leaking. The final straw was when it leaked so bad I lost complete water pressure in my home, I called him and sent the attached pictures and he hung up in my face. This is the poorest excuse for a business I’ve witnessed to date. Save your self in the repair cost and go with a more well known reputable company or you will regret it.

If you don’t value your time and money this is the company. Once they paid you will be the stranger for Mario the owner of the company. Doesn’t pick up the phone anytime and no respect for the customer. Called 30-40 times this year for various service and no use and today took it to Better business bureau. If one doesn’t answer or return call or text what can one do if something goes wrong? My system broke in a year and water all over lawn when the system is turned off. Please find the attached. Good luck if you hire this company.
