 + -1 moreThe technician was absolutely superb! I could see her working the fixes on the screen; she got rid of the viruses, tuned my pc up, got rid of the garbage i'd accumulated, compressed space....all for the quoted price. Very professional and knowledgeable company. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Woke up, turned on pc, had an alert that my computer was infected. I contacted Cox Communications, my service provider, who also supplies McAfee Virus. McAfee doesn't keep all the virus out, i had a couple of trojans probably pass thru as attachments. Cox, to their credit, said they couldn't fix it, but referred me to Plum Choice -- I called immediately, explained the problem and they fix remotely. They quoted me $129 for virus removal and a complete tuneup which i desperately needed.
