I've been involved in Photography since the 1950's. I've used this store for probably 20 years and it is by far the overall best for a walk in store in all my travels. For a balance of knowledge, new and used stock, price and processing it can't be beat. I've bought new and used gear, cameras and accessories over the years with not one complaint.

We met with Eldar Tariverdi at Photo Craft for information on which of the myriad point and shoot cameras we wanted to buy. He spent at least an hour with us and showed us all of the models he thought would accommodate my needs. They had every camera in stock that I was interested in reviewing, and he let me try out every one. He gave us his opinions of the various cameras and we ended up selecting a Fujifilm X20, which I'm thrilled with. I don't really know how the cost at Photo Craft compared to others since this was a gift, but there was nowhere else we could actually try out all these different models. My husband said he thought it was a very fair deal.

Overall this store defines customer service . The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. When I use their print service the prints always meet my critical requirements.

They always do a good job. My kids took photography and he was the only place we could find the supplies. The guys who run the place are real helpful and do not try to upsell you.

They did a beautiful job. I ordered my photos over the internet and they gave me the option of picking up or having delivery. I was able to pay when I picked up the pictures. It was great. They're very fast and competitive with the big competitors.
