Novella is superb. They communicate promptly and effectively, they are reliable, and they do excellent work.

I am very satisfied with this service provider.  He is very fast and clean.  Also, the price is wonderful.  He is much less expensive than the other guy.  We are having him come back out next week to do the same thing to our bedroom!

As usual with Walter, everything went quite well. Walter and his team started on our floors on Monday and we could return by Thursday. The only hiccup was that one of crew showed up late one day after working a night shift at another job, so our job was delayed by about half a day. This wasn't a big deal though. The floors were in perfect condition once Walter was done with them and the house wasn't too dusty considering. Walter came out twice before work started to make sure the measurements and color selections were right and was then present during the work to make sure it came out. Walter is extremely professional and I trust him a great deal- which is saying a lot considering previous experiences I've had with contractors.

We'd previously hired Walter to clean our gutters and had a very good experience so called him again when our roof started leaking. We called on a Tuesday and scheduled for him to come out Thursday morning, but it was raining again so we had to delay until Saturday. When Walter arrived, we went up to the roof and he explained exactly what he proposed to do and why, provided an time/cost estimate (about 1 hr of work), and then he and his assistant set to work. Throughout Walter was nothing but kind, respectful, and professional, making sure to be clear he didn't see any holes or cracks in the roof but that we can't be sure until it rains again whether the repaired flashing is the answer to the leak. He went over the next steps if the leaking continues, so we'll just have to wait and see. While Walter was here, he also identified another issue with our gutters -- one piece is improperly angled so doesn't drain. He couldn't repair it today because of other jobs, so we made arrangements for him to come back later in the week. Overall, we've been very happy with Walter and highly recommend him.
