Carlos, Bryan and team are trustworthy, skilled and hard-working builders. They completed a kitchen renovation including installation of structural support beam and built-ins in our home within a tight budget and with minimal revisions. The job was demanding and they did outstanding work.

Bryan was a real professional. After a different contracter did shoddy work that needed to be redone, he and his team stepped in a fixed things up and got us back on track. His prices were really reasonable, but the thing that stood out and brought him to five stars was the stellar communication, something that was super important to us when managing a big project from far away. He was also conscientious of our tenants and immediately responsive to any concerns throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend!

Bryan, Carlos, Jake and the NorthStar team did a great job with our basement refinishing after we had a perimeter waterproofing system installed. They really do operate with the highest level of integrity and truly partner with you to ensure you are happy with the finished product. An example of them going the extra mile occurred towards the end of our project when the basement stair treads they refinished came out blotchy due to the age of the wood. Jake personally replaced all of our treads with fresh pine and re-stained at no additional cost, just to ensure we were 100% happy clients! At the end of the project our final invoice was very close to the original estimate and they really lived up to their motto of no surprises. I'd highly recommend the NorthStar team and will definitely be calling them for future projects!

Bryan is awesome. We had our house waterproofed and he came during the process after a referral when our house was pretty much gutted. He quickly assessed and gave us a very competitive and prompt quote. We compared offers and were very happy with his price and timing. The work was pristine and he will be my first call for any future projects. The team was super easy to work with, on time, clean. and flexible as we needed to adjust a few things as everything was coming together. He also brought a cleaning crew after the work! We were so impressed with the finishing we also hired him to redo some of our floors with LVT and river rock tile. The work is incredible! I’m happy to write this review for Bryan and team and have them as our first call for any future projects.

Bryan and his team were great to work with for our most recent home project. After purchasing a home, we needed the foundation waterproofed and a bathroom remodeled. We had not yet moved to town, but the attention to detail, expertise, and great communication of the North Star team made everything go smoothly. We would highly recommend them and would be happy to work with them again in the future!
