There was poor communication on MBH's side during the settlement process. We had to prompt all contact, particularly for finalizing the HUD-1, exact closing cost amounts, and receiving our survey. There must be dozens of companies that provide this service. Recommend to choose another.
Description of Work: Served as our home purchase settlement company. Closed on June 27, 2014.
