She is not honor what discussed with me about the project. She mentioned me a lot of things to do, after get the money, she show me something completely different

I feel like I won the lottery with respect to finding Patty. My home was showing the 30+ years of wear and tear that comes with daily living, raising children, and having pets. I kept putting off updates, as I don't feel confident in pulling things together. I retired in 2020, and sitting in my home, made me realize just how much of a downer it was to be surrounded by overall drabness and furniture that was past its time. I live in a townhouse and wanted my main living area renovated. I did an internet search. Patty was the first to return my outreach. On her first visit, I knew I had the person I wanted to work with. I knew the exact feeling I wanted the rooms to convey and she did not try to talk me out of it. I love to travel and have always been mesmerized by the mansions of the wealthy and their rooms surrounded by amazing art and set up ready for afternoon tea. Well, I've got that (on a 500 sq ft level)! I very much look forward to working with her in the futureâ ¦I still have 2 more levels to update! You will find Patty one of the most punctual people you will ever meet. â ¦and I thought I was a perfectionist; man does she have me beat. She walked through every renovation update and if she saw the slightest imperfection, she would have her crew back in to fix it. In addition, she kept me abreast via text messages every bit of the way with deliveries and renovation timelines. There were no surprises and no disappointments. It was a one stop shopping experienceâ ¦all I had to do was text and answer the doorbell when it rang.

I highly recommend Patty.! She designed my daughterâ s room. She is very intuitive and designed it exactly how my daughter wanted it. Paint, a marble mural, custom cabinets, custom closet, furniture, drapes, bedding....the works! I was so impressed with Pattyâ s efficiency. The project went so smoothly and the room/bathroom was finished in less than two weeks. Price was reasonable. Patty is very hands on.

Working with Patty was such a joy. She gave enough choices but without overwhelming me. Her taste is impeccable! She made a two rooms that were used to store stuff and. that was it- to a room that we all use and I love having people over. Her communication is great, even during a pandemic! Her team is fantastic. Her carpenter is top notch, and the painters/electricians/dry wall are the best. I would recommend her to be the person to redecorate any room in your home!

Patty of Lux Designs was very professional and provided excellent design suggestions. I would never have thought of the rug that she suggested, as it is more modern than I am used to, but it is perfect for the room, adds some needed color, and complements the drapes she had made.

Patty was great. She listened to what we wanted and selected samples that were on target. When we changed our mind she remained flexible and patient until we were happy with the results.

Patty was very nice to work with. Very kind and professional. I like most of her recommendations. I may hold off on buying some of them, but that is just for financial reasons.

Expensive but flexible. Work is average.

Considering I had already purchased 2 sinks, sink faucets, tub faucets, 2 mirrors, toilet, towel rods, and shower rod before I hired them, it was still an expensive project. Cabinets and tiles were very expensive. Plus plumbing parts were extra after price was quoted. However, the workers new their job and cleaned up each day. It was odd that I had to ask for bullnose tile around the shower otherwise the tile was going up right to the edge. There was a missed alignment issue with the vanity lights, mirrors and sinks, but it was corrected at the end. All were courteous and professional. In the end, it turned out very nice.

Did a great job in spite of my lack of an interior design vision and limited budget. Helpful and patient.
