The lining was ripped beyond repair several years ago. The coat was so attractive I couldn't throw it away. So I held on to it when I found the King's Park Taylor on Angie's list.
Previous customer ratings persuaded me this tailor was capable.
I took the coat and showed them the lining. No problem they could make a new lining. When I returned the following week the coat lining was complete. I've worn this coat happily ever since.

The staff was very professional and thorough in determining the length the gown should be and in marking it.  They offered to create a hook and loop to hold up the train of the gown after the ceremony, an option we hadn't even thought of.  They provided an rough estimate of what the alteration would cost and explained how the charge for such services--and the cost came in under the estimate and the dress was ready before the date we had requested it.  I would definitely use this tailor again.

It took several weeks. The job was very well done. I was able to pick out the quality of the liner that was used. It was finished when he promised. I have worn the jacket a lot in the cool weather since then and it is holding up well, the stitching is very good, etc. He put in a complete new liner including in the sleeves and in the pockets. It is a favorite jacket of mine and is probably about 10 years old and the old liner was worn out. It was still my favorite jacket and the outside of the jacket was still in good shape. So even though the new liner was expensive, it was well worth it to me. I don't recall the exact price, but was about $100 or a little over.

I have never had any issues with the services he has provided to me and my family in 15 years.

He was fine. In this area I'd say he's as good as any. Reasonable price.

They are wonderful she is great at what she does.

The work was completed on time.  The hem had to be hand rolled and then sewn and was very well done.  The staff have done an excellent job on everything I have taken in for alteration.

I took in several pants to be tailored, as I'd lost some weight and a couple were uncomfortable while sitting. It was not cheap, however I did have several pants. I believe I took in six.
My only complaint is most likely due to miscommunication on my part. While having a few pants let out in the seat, I mentioned that I'd like the waist taken in as well. I suppose I didn't state it clearly enough and found they had not touched the waist.
Other than that, I was very happy with the service.
Even bad weather days did not delay the date they quoted that the service would be complete.

So, I went in based on the reviews.  Needed to get a pair of pants hemmed, no big deal.  Fitting went fine, she told me to pick them up in a week.  She was abrupt, but not overly rude.  A week goes by and I head in.  I asked to try them on which appeared to irritate her.  So I try them on and they are too short.  Seriously too short.  High waters.  So I ask her to look at them.  Her first response was this was how "work pants" were supposed to look.  Keeps mud/dirt off them she said.  Two problems:  First - they were not work pants.  Second, that's nonsense.  
The next comment she made was that it was my fault.  I must not have been wearing them right when she measured.  Well, first, even if true, that's not the road to customer service.  But, at over 40 years old, I am pretty confident I know how I wear my own pants.
So she (begrudgingly) takes them back and says it will now be another week. I get them and they are still too short.  I am not kidding.  Having had enough, I walked out with the pants and took them somewhere else which took care of them no problem.
While there, it was clear they do a lot of high-end stuff.  I can only guess that if you need something simple, they just don't have the time to be bothered with it.
