The owner is very nice, responsive, and easy to work with. His crew is harder to work with. They don't speak much English at all, and they do not like homeowners around. They did what looks like a good job, but the grout keeps crumbling. They did fix it, but it cracked or crumbled again. They broke my toilet, which they did fix, but it took a lot of insisting on my part. The carpeting crew is much easier to work with, and I think more professional. They did so some carpet installation for us in the past.
