Recently my daughter ordered some flowers for me as a gift. I had an allergy issue with something in the arrangement and they stood behind their guarantee. They promptly corrected the issue; Karen and Nicky went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer/gift recipient. I will definitely order from them when I need a floral gift arrangement in the future!
