FIVE STAR HAIR - DAY SPA - NAILS

eI went to Five Star for a manicure because an accident and subsequent surgery made it impossible for me to trim my own nails. On my first visit, things went well, the technician was sensitive to my needs and dealt with my injured hand professionally. The office staff was friendly and helpful. However on the second visit, the man at the reception desk was brusque, he took his time after I arrived, even strolling to the back of the shop to refill his coffee before announcing to the technician that I was there. The technician performed the same excellent service as she did previously. However on leaving the man at the front desk tried to overcharge me for the service, despite the $17.00 price being posted on the windows. After I objected to this, he eventually but reluctantly agreed to charge me the posted price, saying and quot;OK, I guess I can give it to you at that price.and quot;
This is highly annoying not to mention very unprofessional.

They are always on time. They are very professional and clean. They do an excellent job. It is just an overall pleasant place to be. I would not go any place else.

I had a pedicure, Kimberly was very nice, friendly professional. It was my first pedicure. I will go back, my feet feel so much better after the soak, scrub, massage, they are smoother than they have been in a very long time The nail polish still looks great 10 days later Thank you

I've been going to Nina at Five Star for years to get manicures and pedicures. I have gel nails and every two weeks I alternately between having a fill ($36-an excellent price) and a buff/polish ($20). During the 2 weeks between my appointments, I almost never have any nicks or breaks-my nails look great. Before Nina at Five Star I tried different nail places and never had such good results! Nina also does a good pedicure ($42). I highly recommend Nina. She also does acrylic nails and regular manicures.
