They created a fake estimate, $100k lower than the competition. They knew about city permitting and structural issues which were not brought to my attention. After contracting with these crooks, I met with the city and was told about serious structural issues which needed to be addressed before all other work. These issues increased the price back to $200k, which they had an estimate already prepared if I ever found out. I called them out on it and they walked with my down payment. Guy Kleintop (guy.kleintop@gmail.com) then promised to refund the money. After fighting with him for over a year, I have given up and considered this a learning experience. These crooks should not be on your list of trusted contractors.
Description of Work: Needed $200k of land prep and exterior work done to complete home in Lorton, VA.
