I have worked with countless contractors over the past ten years and Glen is BY FAR the best business owner I have ever encountered. He truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to get the job done right. Not only that, he is great at communicating throughout the duration of the job and was available directly by phone. When I had urgent questions I didn't have to go through a call center and wait two days. He picked up immediately and was quick to offer solutions. On multiple occasions, he drove over to my house to check on a leak (that was chimney related and installed by another company) just because he cared about our well-being. All at no charge to us. If you're looking for an ethical company that does excellent work then look no further than Falcon Roofing.

Glen is truly a small business owner -- he runs the estimates, consultation, planning and execution himself. No up-sell and BS, the guy identifies the tasks, calculates the estimate then shows you the math. He sets the date and gets it done. Price is competitive but the service is superior. Go ahead as check his competitors -- if they show up on time, actually walk the roof and then lay out the numbers like Glen did (and they won't) -- then have at it.

Extremely well! Glenn and his team replaced my entire roof including two skylights and an attic fan, as well as installing new gutters and gutter screening around the entire house. All within one day! I'm hard pressed to find any nails or debris remaining in or around the yard too. They did an excellent job, high quality workmanship; the new roof and gutters look great! Glenn has over 40 years experience in the business, has high integrity, and will give you an honest estimate. And more importantly, will do what he says he will do. I recommend Glenn and Falcon Roofing without hesitation!

Great experience with Falcon Roofing from start to finish on replacement of the roof and gutters on our townhouse. Glenn was prompt with estimates, and the price was very comparable to another estimate. Great communication about the whole process and options. We were given a good number of days heads up what day the installation would take place. The whole job for both roof and gutters was all done in one day and looks great. We'd definitely go with Falcon Roofing again - they did great work.

I needed a professional to inspect my roof for leaks, as well as climb into a very small opening in my attic. Glenn was able to go in the attic and on top of the roof. He assured me there were no cracks for leaks. I was grateful to him to reassure me of the stability of the roof.

I recommend Falcon Roofing to anyone who asks ..... I had a leak in my roof this past Summer and checked around for recommendations, etc. I called a few companies including Falcon Roofing. All of the companies I talked to were courteous and helpful but I felt Glenn from Falcon Roofing went above and beyond. He was punctual, he was honest with me, and he provided a decent price. I felt his company offered more than any of the other companies and at a good price. It was a bad Summer for storms and damaged roofs but Glenn was able to fit us in to their schedule in a very timely manner. And, since, my roof and my gutters were both very old I decided to replace the gutters as well. When they came to do the work, the entire crew was polite, efficient, and got the work done quickly. Months later, I still glance up at my roof and gutters when I pull in to my driveway and think my house looks great now.

Glen was very responsive and informative. Never pushed to sell me additional services and I felt he wanted to earn a customer for the long term. He and his crew did a great job and cleaned the area up better than it was before they started. Will definitely hire again.

Prompt, courteous, and excellent quality of work. Easy to deal with and very helpful in deciding on the type and color of shingles. Removed old shingles, replaced a couple plywood sheets that were rain damaged, installed new roof, new attic fan, and improved chimney flashing to prevent future problem there. Installed gutter mesh to prevent clogging of gutters & downspouts. Total cleanup after the work was finished.

Glenn was very professional and explained the process. A few years ago he did an emergency repair just before an ice storm was forecast, so I hired him for a full roof replacement. He and his crew came right on time and did the new roof. Cleaned up area of all debris and nails. I would hire him again

My roof was damaged in the wind storm a few months back and was showing its age with some missing shingles and buckling plywood. I contacted several roofing companies including Glenn at Falcon Roofing and he was the first to respond back (within 15 minutes!). Eventually, I received 3 quotes for full roof replacement with Falcon being the lowest of the three. I also decided to upgrade my gutters and downspouts at the same time. Glenn promised a 6-8 week delivery at time of contract signing but got me on the schedule in 4 weeks. The delivery and install days went very smoothly with Glenn on-site during the entire installation. Great looking roof, great gutters and a great install at a fair price. Highly recommend.

We had our roof and gutters (with gutter guards) replaced by Falcon Roofing due to leaking roof issues and old, leaky gutters. We did our research over an extended period (2 + years) and had several companies out to provide quotes to include Falcon Roofing. Glen, the owner, came out to our home a few times to provide estimates over that time period. He was always prompt and flexible and above all, honest. He had the most competitive prices and never tried to upsell us. In fact he steered us away from a few options that saved us $$$ and probably cost him additional $$$ not providing us that service. We went with Glen because of price but also because of his honest, frank approach. Finally, 2+ years of putting off the inevitable, a major rain storm came through (lots of leaking) and it was time to replace the roof and gutters. We called Glen and he came over the next day and gave us an updated quote (same great price). He fit us into the schedule and he took one day for the entire job (roof, gutters and gutter guards). We'd highly recommend Glen and Falcon Roofing to family and friends (and everyone else too).

Was a very speedy professional process. The workers showed up first thing in the morning. I was communicated with from the start of the process. They provided a no hassle non-threat salesmanship, and never forced any type of product on me. I was let know how the work was going through out and they worked with me to access my house when I needed too. They did a meticulous clean up job afterwards and made sure I didn't see any roofing material laying around. Overall very pleased with the service and the final result my roof looks amazing.

I was extremely impressed that unlike other contractors I've hired in the past, Glenn was on site most of the day, supervising his crew and ensuring that everything was done properly. I also appreciated his straight talk, attention to detail, and very reasonable price. Admittedly, I did not shop around, but I seriously doubt any of the bigger roofing companies -- with their overhead costs -- would be able to deliver the same quality at his price point. His crew completed the work in one day, and did a very comprehensive clean-up. He made a point to do an especially good clean-up in the backyard where my dogs run. I didn't find a single nail there. I did find two straggler nails in the driveway -- but I wasn't expecting his magnet to get every single one. Glenn was the last one to leave, and even fixed a separate minor issue we identified. The roof and gutters look great, and it was an overall great experience. I highly recommend Falcon Roofing.

After I contacted Falcon Roofing, Glenn came out and took measurements as needed and called me with the estimate. Deliver material on scheduled date and was able to complete my roof and gutter all in one day. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Work was done as promised, completed in one day - actually in about six hours, including a very thorough cleanup where all debris and nails were removed. The owner, Glen, was present for the entire job, overseeing the work and ensuring that the special circumstances were all addressed, including the repair of the sun room leak and the installation of a ice and water shield on the entire sun room roof segment, along with the extension of the rear main roof gutter downspout across the sun room roof to reach the lower gutter for the sun room. The new roof, which consists of designer (architectual) shingles looks fabulous, and along with the new gutters and downspouts has performed superbly during subsequent intense rains and recent snow. Based on my very satisfying experience, including the personal involvment of the owner, his fair treatment and high degree of responsiveness, and their very competitive pricing, I would rate their performance as A+ and highly recommend Falcon Roofing for your roofing job.

I had a roof that was old and started to leak. I sought out several bids using Angie's List, other internet sources, and the newspaper. I quickly found that choosing the company for a new roof requires attention to detail. The bids came in from a high of $32K to a low of $9K. The highest try to sell me on their "best available" warranty period, "free upgrades" and showed a video in an attempt to coerce me into choosing their company. The lowest left out key components that would have left me open to additional costs or a sub par roof. Some did not even walk the roof to give me a bid. Glenn came in with no gimmicks or trickery. He walked the roof and then explained in the simplest of terms what he would do for my roof. He did not try to up-sell me and focused on what would be valuable for my specific situation. When I compared all the bids and adjusted for hidden or missing price components, Falcon was the best bid. I signed with Falcon and Glenn worked the schedule around my family. I appreciated that he also cared about my dog's well being by suggesting I have him watched for the day so to not freak him out during the roof and skylight replacement. He and his team arrived as promised and completed the roof and gutters in one day. They gave attention to detail with all components and left my yard cleaner than they found it. I would suggest Falcon to anyone seeking a new roof. I found them to be an honest and straight forward service provider in a roofing industry that unfortunately contains some predatory entities.

We interviewed and received estimates from three different companies. Glen, the owner of Falcon Roofing really knows a lot about roofing and was the only company that suggested replacing the skylights to make sure there is a solid leak-proof connection with the roof and the windows. The price was fair and the work was excellent. Glen stayed after the work was done each day to pick up any nails that may have dropped. I've already recommended them to a friend!

The work was done exactly as planned. I had roof leaks, and I was able to get Falcon Roofing to replace my roof and gutters within a week of signing a contract! I am very confident that I have an excellent roof and that it was done correctly. The clean-up was thorough. The company's owner not only came out and went over everything needed, at the time that I signed a contract, but he was here all throughout the day while the work was being done.
