+ -1 moreDID NOT GET THE COUNTY BUILDING PERMITS THAT WERE REQUIRED. DID NOT HAVE CURRENT LISENCES, CURRENT BONDING OR INSURANCE!!!!!!!! Did the part of the work when I was present correctly but all work done when I was not at home was not done but charged for. took up tiles in basement floor to replace part of sewerage pllumbing and replaced with new plumbing. I ahve discovered that he DID NOT dig up and replace the sewerage line. Just took up tiles and replaced with new tiles. Over charged me by about $20,000 for work on sewerage line to street. I cannot find any new lines where anything was replaced. I HAD INSPECTED OTHER WORK HE HAD DONE FOR A FRIEND. SUBSEQUENTLY, I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN THAT THE WORK DONE FOR MY FRIEND BY HIM FELL APART. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall as it wasn't anchored to anything. just screwed into the wall board. Other problems with the bathroom included
Description of Work: replace foundation of house (1/2 of total foundation). Replace/repair plumbing for sewerage for interior to exit of house and replace sewerage line from house to attachment at street. Put in sink and changed plumbing at sink. resurface concrete wall on outside of basement entrance. Made minor changes to basement bathroom while changing plumbing under bathroom floor. HE DID SOME OTHER MINOR REPAIRS AS WELL.
