I would give zero stars if it were an option.. Hired her for my wedding. She was late and the food was cold. She promised to bring all utensils and told me not to worry. My guests did not have enough plates and had to get paper plates from the hotel. When asked about it, she said it was for 25 people, so she only brought exactly 25 plates. Well we didn't know that when we used a separate plate for our salad. So this was apparently our fault.. Since the food was cold and there was not enough plates, we said we would take the $1400 worth of food home. They asked if we brought anything to take it home in. We didn't, so they left some for on the table and took the rest home even though we asked to keep it.. Not prepared. When asked about cold food, she said a burner wasn't working. No back up burners? When I was giving my speech, she and her waitresses were talking so loud we had to ask them to be quiet. Finally one of her waitresses was wearing a skirt so short you could see her underwear. She "dropped " something and bent over twice to get it in front of my new husband. When I confronted Dalia the next day, she told me she should have charged me more, and that this was the cheapest event she had worked in 6 months, and that she did not care about my new husband being flashed by her server. She was a completely different person once she got paid. Unapologetic, did not offer any kind of refund, and very rude. We ended up ordering pizza because we were so hungry by the end of the night.
