Bolivar Painting Company recently painted our church auditorium. The scope of the work entailed drywall and ceiling repairs followed by two finish coats of paint, in addition to covering and safeguarding our pews and A/V equipment beforehand. From beginning to end, Luis Bolivar and his crew did an outstanding job and finished the work early and on-budget. Upon completion, they cleaned and vacuumed the auditorium to perfection. Bolivar Painting Company did an outstanding painting and drywall repair job in my home! I called the owner Luis Bolivar for an inspection, cost, and timely assessment of the work needed and began work promptly once the contract was accepted. While painting the ceilings, I requested additional drywall repairs which he did at a very reasonable cost. If needed, I won't hesitate to call for their services again.

Luis Bolivar was great.  
We had him estimate several spot projects in our house and decided to use him only for the ones we had more difficulty doing ourselves.  He was great to work with, provided the paint and matched existing colors perfectly, and worked with our schedule.  We used him in three challenging spots, two of which involved ceilings, and all of which were high up.  Two also required preparation and repair to drywall or existing areas.  He completed most of the work the first day, and returned the next day to let some of the spackle dry.  
He was careful, the work was very well done, he cleaned up after himself.  We highly recommend him, and we would use him again ourselves.

The entire process went extremely well. Luis is a very friendly painter who does quality work, quickly and cleanly at a very reasonable price. He was flexible and easy to work with. We will keep him in our roladex for any future painting needs.

Mr. Bolivar is an exceptional painter. He is tidy and cleans up when he is done for the day. He is quiet and a pleasant person to have in the house. He has worked for me on several previous occasions and I am comfortable leaving the house to run errands while he is painting. His work is very, very good and I would not hesitate to hire him in again were I to need painting.

I received several estimates and the one provided by Bolivar Painting Company was considerably less than other estimates I received (about half as much). Luis Bolivar was punctual, efficient and fast. The walls look amazing - all marks or defects in the walls were fixed (there was some damage from the earthquake and I also had a chair rail removed) and you can't see where any of the repairs have been made. He painted all the trim, walls and ceiling. Because the trim is a dark color and the walls are light, it would be possible to see any areas where the painting was not done correctly. Everything was done neatly and cleanly, and I was especially pleased with his painting of the windows. He made sure they were painted so that no paint would cause the window to stick. I'm very pleased.
