Radon Reduction, Radon Detection
When our agent called to engage AART, Inc., she told the firm that the
date of the inspection would need to be coordinated with the sellers who
occupy the home. Instead of respecting that, they sent an inspector
out the next day. When she arrived at the house, the inspector was met
by one the inhabitants who said that they needed to confirm with the
realtors that this was legitimate. Her response was, "That's not my
problem. If you don't let me in, I will access the keys from the
lockbox, so get out of my way."
To say that this was unacceptable
is an understatement. I can understand why the sellers are so angry. I
hope that AART's behavior will not cost us the contract on this house!
