I use the companies website, too. The telephone offerings were good overall, the data plan was expensive, and the whole transaction was botched. I was in there for the family plan plus, had to change plans, stuck with the family plan, they said my company discount was included, but, I don't know for sure. In the meantime, they lost their internet service, they couldn't complete the transaction or activate the plan. I waited an hour, left, came back, it was still down, my credit card transaction couldn't be completed, I waited another half hour, and it went on and on. The salespeople did try the help, they were responsive. It's kind of a monopoly.
