They pretend to forget what they tell you, fail to keep their promises. They repaired our AC condenser in June 2017 and placed their service sticker on our unit after the work. We called them for the same issue on May 4, 2018; and wrongly assuming we were going to request a free repair, they pretend they have never serviced our unit.
