Roofing
The work was supposed to have been under the supervision of Thomas Jancaitis. The work itself was performed by David James. On completion, following the first rain, leaks developed. David James attempted to repair them but was unsuccessful. The leaks persisted, and, to David James' credit, he made several efforts to effect repairs. The ceiling underneath has been repaired several times. There may be structural damage as well. At some point, phone calls to both parties went unanswered. Other roofing contractors have confirmed our suspicions.
