The work is not started They did not contact me for 2 weeks after taking a credit card deposit for half the project cost Also they charge 3% more on credit cared sales I asked for a date for the project That would allow me to be home and not at work I was told that it may rain that day by this company so the would call me a week later and set up another date!!!! My takeaway here is they don't care About my business My schedule just the money

EXCELLENT Professionals that were at the top of their game ... extremely knowledgeable, personable, and just good people ... American Building Dynamics (ABD) was not pushy or overbearing at all, just the opposite they were caring and understanding ... They made my problem theirs and then they fixed it on-time and under-budget ... I will stay with ABD for all my roofing needs ... Thank you ABD for your integrity ... Great Company.

The project was completed ahead of time, which was good since a rain storm was coming in. I thought that the cost was a little high, considering that no materials had to be purchased. I was told there was a minimum $400 charge. The reps were polite and courteous and everything was done as planned.

The work was very high quality. The project was done quickly and on the day I chose. The materials chosen were ideal. They cleaned up all the sawdust and wood chips so that it was hard to tell the construction was recent. While I was concerned about the price initially, the design, materials and perfection of the job made it worth it.

They were very quick to respond and estimate the job. Within the next few days they were there.

It appears that the work that was done was done well. However, the process of scheduling was a bit convoluted. During my initial estimate it was stated that I would need an almond color trim. The roofers showed up with white...then had to go and come back. Then when I looked outside because my kids wanted to go play I was shocked to see kids in my yard...the roofers brought their kids with them and opened my gate to let their kids in...not sure I like the liability that comes with that, especially in the age where everyone sues. I was not too impressed with this company.

The showed up in allotted timeframe and so far the repair seems to have fixed the problem.

These guys fixed my siding quickly and reasonably. I would hire them again for any siding work.

On time. Explained assessment of roof damage and recommended course of action to repair properly. Estimate costs were reasonable. We hired American Building Dynamics to repair the roof. Temporay repairs were made pending a permanent fix.

Replaced some rotted wood around garage door. Work was OK but the caulking was pretty rough - should have smoothed it our.

Wow! My first experience with American Building Dynamics was everything I could have hoped for.

Very prompt with their communications. Work was done the same day that I called. The siding that needed fixed looks seamless. Very happy with my decision to go with ABD.

They were prompt and were not any trouble. They were very efficient and i don't have any complaints with them at all.

Defiantly would use them again.
