The head of the team was excellent.

Responded timely to tarp roof damaged by fallen tree during windstorm. Completed repair immediately after fallen tree was removed. Provided before and after photos.

Roof was repaired within 3 days after they came. They did an excellent job. It hasn't rained since, but if there is a problem I'm sure they would fix it.

Excellent customer service

They replaced a rotted porch support beam seamlessly and also added some flashing to help prevent future water accumulation.

They got my roof repaired before the snow came and did a great job in making sure it won't leak again. If I have any other repairs done they will be the ones I will call.

They responded to my inquiry quickly and built the ramp the next week. It was a one day job. However; they were supposed to change the lock system on the sliding door that leads to the ramp. I never heard from them to complete that part of the project. In all fairness to them, payment for that part of the project has not been rendered.

The cost to replace 3 posts, fill and sand 8 more, and paint about 10 feet of trim was far too high. They arrived late and had the wrong materials and still charged me when they went out to get the right materials. They changed out rotted wood with 6 ten foot pieces of brick moulding. I feel the price of $2932 was not fair for the work that was performed or the materials used. On the positive side they did schedule me in quickly and the estimator came out quickly but gave me a much lower estimate than the final cost. Approximately $1000 lower.

The handrail they installed looks GREAT ! However it is warrantied for 20 years and when the estimate was done we were assured the handrail would be connected to or anchored to thee house itself. Also in the estimate was written for a "Metal Handrail" however a plastic and wood handrail was installed and it WAS NOT anchored to the house . It feels very sturdy and secure now ( as sturdy as plastic or vinyl can be) however not being anchored to the house makes it susceptible to loosening over time and falling over should the posts become loose from the concrete stoop porch. otherwise they were very timely and installed the rail within a dew days of the initial estimate which i might add was quite pricey for such a small length of handrail.

They were Great! Had someone out the next day to give me a quote, the following day the crew came to take a look and measure, the third day dod the work! Did a great job, left the site clean, and we're very personable. I'll be calling them again for more repairs!
