I have not been super impressed with them. Since their last service which was May of 2014 I was not impressed with the service year round. I know we had lots of rains but they did not get things done as they said they?re going to get done. I have cancelled with my service with the tree and shrubs and I kept the yard service just to give them one more years to see if my yard will improve. I like the promptness of the service until the last part of the year. They were supposed to put down something to inhibit the weeds in the Spring and they were supposed to aerate my yard but they never got around to that. I finally filed a complaint so I did have them do that part of the service.
I will use them again as I have said I am giving them a year to see if my yard will improve.

They are very responsive, and very good about giving us a phone call ahead of time to let us know when they will be here. They will leave a note on the front door informing us that they were here and what they did. They are very, very professional. They show up when they say they will. I would use this company again.

They put on whatever applications throughout the year. They re-seed for us in fall and my grass is in excellent condition and the bushes are too. We have been using them for quite a sometime, may be ten years. I had problems with certain types before we used them and they mostly have gone away and the grass looks terrific. I think they provide real good service.

They were very responsive. When we did have a problem, they sent the supervisor out to get the problem rectified. I would say I was pretty satisfied. The price was reasonable. We might use them again in the future; right now we are actually enjoying doing it ourselves.

It is seasonal, but it is $40 to $60 usually per visit. They are always very polite. They call before they come and they show up when they say they are going to come. They always close my gate. I have had a couple of people not closing the gate, so the dog gets out. They do what they say they are going to do and they seem to be competent and efficient.
